About Janet Rich Pittman

Janet Rich Pittman
Dementia Chess was the game Janet played daily as Dementia Administrator, Dementia Practitioner and Director of Marketing for the three senior residential communities she has managed.  Janet was constantly moving residents from independent living to an assisted living facility then to a locked down memory care dementia facility.  Being a strategist playing this dementia chess game for her residents was not only painful and exhausting but also unacceptable.  Dementia is not part of normal aging.  Dementia is a disease.  Dementia can be prevented and even REVERSED! Yet many of us simply don’t know much about how to age successfully or how to prevent dementia, much less reverse cognitive decline.  Janet can help.   Janet trained under the cognition reversal process of Dr. Dale Bredesen who has the credit of helping 109* individuals, under scientific study and clinical trials, reverse their cognition, if not 100% back to normal, at least 80-85% back to normal by participating in and adhering to an individualized tailored program.  Coupling this knowledge with her experience, Janet’s mission is to reach, speak and counsel as many people as possible on the ways to prolong, prevent the occurrence of dementia, even reverse it when it has settled. Through her blog OnTheBrain found through www.JanetRichPittman.com, many published magazine articles and speaking to various groups and organizations, Janet strives to share successful aging and dementia prevention knowledge along with giving direction and guidance for reversal so we may enjoy our life’s journey.  Contact Janet to speak to your group. *Bredesen’s first study reversed 9 of 10 participants and reversed 100 of 100 in a second study.  Based on his training of doctors and practitioners, such as myself, who are spearheading such a protocol system with their patients/participants, he has helped possibly up to thousands. Learn more about Janet and contact her to speak to your group. Call 251-648-0325.
